Recipe: Roast Pumpkin

Carefully cut off the “lid” from the pumpkin, take out the core with a spoon – mainly the seeds.

Salt the pumpkin from the inside, generously grease with butter.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Cut potatoes into large cubes.

So is carrots.

Also – a large cube – onion.

Cut garlic cloves into wedges.

Free the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into half rings.

Don’t cut the cilantro too finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat, turning over, for 5 minutes.

Add potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, peppers to it, salt, fry for 10 minutes, turning over.

Add broth, Garni bouquet, cilantro, mix, heat, remove from stove.

Put the filling in the pumpkin, cover with a “lid”.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Roast is ready.

Serve with pumpkin pulp.
