Recipe: Shredded Potato Pie

Step by step cooking recipe

Boil potatoes until tender (about 10 minutes).

Clear.

Grate on a large grater.

We add eggs.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add dried herbs (Provencal or Italian).

Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

Transfer the potato dough to a baking dish.

We send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Dice the onion.

Bacon cut into strips.

Heat up a frying pan and add some vegetable oil.

Send onions to fry. After a couple of minutes, add bacon.

Fry the bacon and onion in a skillet for 5 minutes.

Cut the tomato into small slices.

Send to the pan with onions and bacon.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fry for about 5 minutes.

Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Remove the potato pan from the oven.

Put fried tomatoes with onions and bacon on top of potatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Potato flan is ready!
