Evening. You are sitting on the windowsill in warm socks, wrapped in a blanket, drinking hot tea with a cheesecake baked with love by your grandmother, and looking out the window. And outside the window, snowflakes are slowly falling, as if they are dancing a waltz with each other – one – two – three, and the molded snowman smiles enigmatically at you. But you don’t want to go to sleep, you want to know who brings a gift on New Year’s holidays and leaves it near the snowman … It was a good childhood, happy!
I offer a recipe for delicious buns – cheesecakes: light as fluff dough, delicate curd filling, beautiful design. Such cheesecakes will delight both children and adults.
From the declared ingredients, knead the dough, give it the shape of a ball, place in a cup, cover and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.
As the dough rises, prepare the filling. To do this, put cottage cheese in a cup, add sour cream, sugar, starch and mix well until the mass is homogeneous.
Knead the risen dough well, put it on a cutting board, divide the parts required by weight. For one snowman we need: 6 parts weighing about 5 grams, 1 part weighing about 15 grams and 1 part weighing about 8 grams.
We give each part of the body the shape of a ball. We form a “snowman”: a large ball – the head, roll the middle one into a small cake – the body, around which lay 7 small balls. (see photo).
Put a portion of the filling (about 2 tablespoons) into the resulting recess in the “torso” of the “snowman”. Lubricate the dough with yolk whipped with milk, cover and leave to proof for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until appetizing browning.
Remove the finished cheesecakes from the oven and decorate by making “eyes” from dried blueberries, draw a “mouth” with melted white chocolate, a “nose” from orange marmalade, and “buttons” from multi-colored sweets. Sprinkle the tarts with powdered sugar.
