Mix the whites of two eggs with sugar, stir to dissolve it.
Coarsely chop the nuts, leave some nuts whole.
For the filling, in addition to nuts (cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), I also took sunflower seeds and a little candied fruit.
Mix proteins with nuts.
Spread lemon jam over dough.
You can take any sour jam, it nicely complements the taste of the tart.
Spread the nut filling on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake the tart for 25-35 minutes.
This amount of ingredients is enough for a mold with a diameter of 18 cm and a height of 2 cm.
