1-2 Tablespoons Chopped Jalapenos
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
2 (14 Oz.) Cans of Artichoke Hearts (Drained)
16 Oz. Cream Cheese (Softened) 2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese
2/3 Cup Half N Half


Add all ingredients into your Crock Pot and mix. Place Crock Pot on low and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Stir twice within this time frame.
