3 chicken breasts (can be frozen)
1 cup corn
1 cup kidney beans
1 1/2 cups salsa
2 tablespoons dry taco seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste


Place the chicken in the crockpot and top with the other ingredients. Set the crock pot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred. Place it back in the crock pot and set it to warm while you prepare the rest of your meal
