2 to 3 cups cut-up cooked beef, leftover roast, cooked stew beef or even corned beef brisket
1 large package (about 32 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups leftover or purchased gravy
salt and pepper


Combine all ingredients in 5-quart crock-pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serves 6.
