4 lb. chicken wings
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. hot sauce (such as Frank's)
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

1. Line two baking sheets with aluminium foil. Take a large bowl and combine chicken wings with paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
2. Take the instant pot and add ¾ cup of water to it. Place trivet inside the pot and add wings. Choose MANUAL setting and secure the lid. Cook for 10 minutes. Do a quick release once the timer is off.
3. Make sauce meanwhile. Take a microwave safe bowl and melt butter completely. Whisk it in the hot sauce and heat broiler to high.
4. Take the cooked wings and transfer to a huge bowl with half of the sauce. After this, place the chicken in an even layer on a prepared sheet and broil until crisp. 4 minutes per side. Remove from tray and place back in bowl. Gently toss with the remaining sauce and serve.
