This recipe will appeal to lovers of vegetable snacks. Red beet caviar is not prepared quickly, but very simply. Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder, fry in sequence with the addition of salt and spices. Add some boiled water if necessary.

Step by step cooking recipe

Pass through the meat grinder tomatoes, peeled onions and beets.

Fry the onion in oil until translucent.

Add beets, tomatoes, spices, sugar and salt. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from heat after 2 minutes.

Place hot caviar in clean, dry jars and roll up.
