Step by step cooking recipe
Remove the tough film from the rhubarb stalks and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the apples.
Mix, sprinkle everything with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Grind the jam with a blender, boil again and boil for another 15 minutes.
