Step by step cooking recipe

Pork ribs cut into fragments – transfer to a container of a suitable size

Prepare marinade: mix all ingredients

Add marinade to ribs – mix well

Cover the container with the ribs and refrigerate for 2-24 hours

Arrange the ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet or baking dish, leaving the rest of the marinade aside.

Cover with foil

Bake the ribs for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees

Remove ribs from oven and remove foil.

Drain the released liquid into a separate container.

Brush the ribs with the remaining marinade.

Bake another 20-30 minutes

Grease the finished ribs with butter or vegetable oil (for shine)
