  • 200 grams of pure chocolate
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of flour

  • 300 ml of milk

How to prepare this dessert?

Before starting to prepare this recipe we are going to preheat the oven to 200º.

We begin by melting the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave, leaving it for 40 seconds, stirring well to mix it, and reintroducing it for another 40 seconds, repeat this step until it is very liquid and homogeneous.

Once the previous step is finished, we are going to sift the flour together with the yeast, a pinch of salt and the cocoa so that in the final dough it is well spread and we obtain a better result in terms of volume and it is without lumps, spongy and soft.

Next, we are going to beat the two eggs together with the sugar until it is creamy. We will mix this last step with the melted chocolate in the microwave. Once done, we are going to add the flour, and while stirring we incorporate the milk little by little.

When there is a homogeneous mixture, we introduce a little mixture on the paper molds, at most one finger should be below the edge, and never cover the entire mold. You can put pieces of almonds or walnuts. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200º, or until we prick it with a wooden stick and it comes out clean. Sprinkle icing sugar and decorate in the way you like best.
