Salad with arugula, chicken and prosciutto
Step by step cooking recipe
First of all, we send the chicken fillet to the baking dish.
Season on both sides with salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, chicken seasoning.
Drizzle with olive oil and spread all the spices evenly over the chicken.
After that, the chicken fillet is sent to the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
After the chicken is cooked, cut it into thin slices.
Then cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Remove the pit from the avocado and cut the flesh into thin slices.
Then we send the arugula with tomatoes to the plate, season with salt and pepper, put the chicken slices on the tomatoes and pour over the balsamic sauce.
Put a little more arugula, prosciutto, avocado slices on top of the chicken and rub some cheese on top.
