Salad with beans, vegetables and croutons

Very hearty, spicy and tasty salad.
. Products for cooking.
. We cut the black bread into small cubes and dry it in a toaster or in a dry frying pan, or in the oven.
. Grind the toasted nuts with a rolling pin.
. We clean and chop the vegetables, onions and carrots – into strips and finely chop the garlic and green onions.
. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent, about 3 minutes.
. Add carrots, seasoning and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
. Beans without liquid, put in a bowl.
. Add frying, green onions, 1/2 of the chopped nuts, salt and pepper.
Pour in lemon juice and stir.
. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with crackers and nuts, mix and serve.
