Salted Crackers with Green Onions
Thin, double-layered, crispy and very spicy crackers with green onions and garlic.
Mix flour with yeast and soda.
Mix warm water with salt and vegetable oil (30 ml).
Stir flour mixture into butter mixture.
Knead the dough, collect in a ball and round.
Lubricate the bowl and dough with vegetable oil (0.5 tablespoons), cover with a film and leave for 1 hour or until doubled.
Finely chop the onion and fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
To lubricate the dough layer, mix vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) with pressed garlic and a pinch of salt.
Punch down the risen dough, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Lubricate the table with vegetable oil and roll out the dough into a layer, 2 ml thick.
Lubricate the dough layer with garlic butter and sprinkle with 1/2 of the green onions.
We close the onion filling.
Cut the crackers and pierce the dough with a fork.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with oil.
Lay out the crackers, sprinkle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
We give time for the blanks to distance in the heat, about 20 minutes.
We bake crackers at a temperature of 170 C, 20-30 minutes.
