Step by step cooking recipe

Review parsley leaves. Remove dry and rotten ones. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.

Finely chop the parsley and mix with salt. Mix thoroughly so that each piece of parsley is covered with salt crystals.

Transfer parsley to jars. Leave some space on top because juice will come out.
