Seedless cherry plum jam
Cherry plum is a wild plum, sour and small in size. If these fruits grow in your garden, then seedless cherry plum jam is the best that you can make from it. The jam turns out fragrant, moderately sweet and tender.
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the fruits, remove the seeds. Pass the cherry plum through the meat grinder.
Add sugar, mix well and bring to a boil. Stir constantly so that the jam does not burn. Boil for at least 60 minutes.
Roll up the finished jam in sterilized jars and store in the pantry. You can eat it with tea or as a filling in pies and bagels.
