Seedless Isabella Grape Jelly

Seedless Isabella Grape Jelly

Surprise your household: make the most delicious jelly from Isabella grapes! It’s not difficult and surprisingly fast. Agar-agar does an excellent job as a thickener. It should be added, evenly scattering over the surface.

Step by step cooking recipe

Remove the grapes from the brushes, rinse and lay out to dry on a paper towel.

Pour the berries into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add sugar and water.

Boil over low heat for 5 minutes.

Cool soft berries and rub through a sieve.

Add agar-agar, lemon juice to the grape puree and boil for 5 minutes.

Arrange hot jelly in sterilized jars, roll up and wrap in a warm blanket for a day.
