Shah pilaf from bulgur

First of all, pour bulgur into a bowl, fill it with water and rinse.
Then pour water into the washed bulgur, season with salt, sugar, smoked paprika and cook until almost cooked.
Then cut the onion into small cubes, cut the mushrooms into fairly large pieces, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
And fry the vegetables in olive oil until golden brown.
While the vegetables are roasting, pour the raisins with water and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
After that, grease the bowl with olive oil and lay out the cakes.
We spread the fried vegetables, bulgur, raisins, champignons on the cakes.
Cover with cakes and send to the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
