We begin by placing in a saucepan or in an express pot: half an onion, two peeled garlic cloves, a little salt, and the shredded meat, and cover with water. In the event that we are going to cook the meat in the pressure cooker, we will have it done in about 20-25 minutes, and if, on the contrary, we use the saucepan, it will take about 40-45 minutes to cook, it will be just as good, the only thing that it will take a little longer to make.

After this time, we are going to remove the meat from the pot and let it cool. Be careful, we must reserve the broth for later steps. Once cold, we are going to shred the meat finely in the direction of the threads.
