Pate of hearts
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts – 0.5 kg.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Butter – 100 gr.
- Ground pepper, salt, thyme
Step by step cooking recipe
- Boil water, put the offal and cook until they are ready (about an hour).
- Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.
- Fry the onion to a transparent consistency, send the carrot there and simmer until it becomes soft.
- Put the finished hearts in a bowl – along with oil, thyme, spices and fried onions and carrots.
- Add 50 grams of broth from hearts. Grind with a blender.
- The pate is ready. Put it in a glass container and keep in the refrigerator.
Liver casserole
Optimally, the liver – after you have washed it – soak in milk for a couple of hours. Then it will not be dry when cooked.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver – 100 gr.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Broccoli – 150 gr.
- Hard cheese – 30 gr.
- Sour cream – 1/2 tbsp.
Step by step cooking recipe
- Washed liver, chopped, stew in a pan. Divide the broccoli, put in a pan and leave for a few minutes, covered with a lid.
- Make a homogeneous mixture – from eggs and sour cream (salt).
- Pour the contents of the pan with the mixture.
- Simmer for another five minutes covered.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and cover again – for two minutes.
Tongue with cheese
If you just want to boil your tongue, you need to spend about three hours on it. The finished tongue can be easily pierced with a fork or skewer.
Ingredients
- Pork tongue – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 100 gr.
- Butter – 100 gr.
- Cherry tomatoes, greens (bunch)
- Spices and salt – to taste
Step by step cooking recipe
- Boil the washed tongue (draining the water the first two times).
- Clean, cut into strips.
- Put half of the tongue into the mold.
- Grate cheese.
- Sprinkle the tongue with half of the cheese.
- Put the second part of the tongue on top, add salt and spices and sprinkle with cheese. After melting the butter, pour the contents of the form.
- Cook in the oven (180 degrees) for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
