Omelet in the shape of a heart
An ordinary omelet, the peculiarity of which is in a heart made of sausages.
Ingredients
- Sausages – 2 pcs.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Pepper, salt, herbs to taste
Step by step cooking recipe
- Cut sausages in half lengthwise.
- Make hearts out of two halves, fasten with toothpicks.
- Fry sausages in butter, turn over and reduce heat to low.
- Beat the eggs, pour inside the hearts.
- Salt and pepper.
- Bring to readiness, remove toothpicks, transfer to plates, sprinkle with herbs.
Oatmeal and banana smoothie
Ingredients
- Oat flakes – 50 gr.
- Bananas – 2 pcs.
- Frozen berries (sea buckthorn) – 1-2 tbsp.
- Almond milk – 300-400 ml.
Step by step cooking recipe
- Pour the cereal with milk and leave for fifteen minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend in a blender.
Porridge with cocoa and banana
Porridge does not seem to fit well with a romantic breakfast, but this is a delusion. Sweet (in moderation) and hearty porridge is a great option for any morning.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes – 10 tablespoons
- Water – 200 ml.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – 3 gr.
- Butter – 10 gr.
Step by step cooking recipe
- Pour cereal, sugar and salt into boiling water. Cook for 7-10 minutes over low heat.
- Grate banana. Then put together with cocoa and butter in a saucepan. Mix. Divide among plates.
Pepper scrambled eggs
Another egg dish, original due to its design. You can take one bell pepper and cut it into several parts, you can – for brightness and beauty – cook from peppers of different colors.
Ingredients
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc. (or several different ones)
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Step by step cooking recipe
- Cut the peppers crosswise – into two parts.
- Remove the bottom and top so that the halves look like thick rings.
- Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Add peppers and cook for two minutes.
- Turn over, pour an egg into each ring, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and fry until done.
Berry and yogurt dessert
Ingredients
- Frozen berries (optional) – 150 gr.
- Natural yogurt – 120 gr.
- Oatmeal cookies – 3 pcs.
- Powdered sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
Step by step cooking recipe
- Beat berries and powder in a blender.
- Crush cookies to crumbs.
- Put a layer of berries in a glass, then yogurt, and another layer of cookies.
- Let the next layer be yogurt again, then berries and finally cookies.
