Snack cake on the festive table

Mix cream cheese and sour cream.

Salt, add garlic and mustard.

We mix.

Lavash sheets are cut into a round shape.

We rub the sausage on a coarse grater, or cut into small cubes.

Cheese is also rubbed on a coarse grater.

We also grate the eggs.

Cut the Korean carrot into small pieces.

Also finely chop the cucumber.

We collect the cake.

At the bottom of the cake – a layer of pita bread smeared with dressing.

On top is another layer of pita bread.

Lay out the sausage first.

Next, alternate pita bread, filling and dressing.

There is a layer of eggs, then Korean-style carrots, a layer of cheese, a layer of sausage, a layer of cucumbers, another layer of eggs and on top a sheet of pita bread smeared with dressing.

On top we put another sheet of pita bread, richly covered with the rest of the dressing.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

For decoration, we make roses from large pieces of sausage.

We make a cut in the shape of a spiral on a piece and twist it, as indicated in the video, giving it the shape of a rose.

Decorate with greenery and pomegranate seeds.
