I will continue the story about snowmen. I remember that we used to make snowmen with my grandparents, who lived in their house. Winters were snowy then! You roll snowballs and run to your grandmother for a large carrot, and to your grandfather for an old bucket, coals and a broom. There was so much laughter, joy, especially when they inserted a carrot into a snowman. For some reason, this was the most responsible and fun moment. And then tired, but happy, they sang tea with grandmother’s pies. It was a good childhood, happy!
I offer a recipe for a very tasty snack in the form of a snowman smiling cheerfully from a plate. Lush, ruddy little buns and tender cheese-chicken filling – they are simply made for each other.
From the declared ingredients, knead the dough, give it the shape of a ball, place in a cup, cover and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.
As the dough rises, prepare the filling. To do this, wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small pieces. Put the pieces of chicken fillet in a cup in a blender and chop into minced meat. Place chicken mince into a bowl.
Add curd cheese to a cup with minced chicken.
And then add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. !!! You can add your favorite seasonings.
Mix well until the mass is homogeneous.
Punch down the risen dough, put it on a cutting board, divide it into equal parts weighing about 20-25 grams, roll the dough into balls.
Lightly grease a baking dish (diameter 18-20 centimeters) with vegetable oil. Lay out the balls of dough in a circle, along the edge of the form. Lubricate with yolk whipped with milk. !!! It turns out 2 such snacks.
In the center put the filling of chicken fillet with curd cheese and sour cream, smooth. Cover with a towel and leave to proof for 20-30 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the dough is browned and the filling is ready.
Remove the finished appetizer from the oven, decorate with olives and carrots, making “eyes”, “nose” and “mouth”.
Serve the snack “Merry Snowman” on the table. Break off the bun, spread with cheese and chicken filling and eat.
