We are talking about the soft heart pie in the air fryer. Indeed, with this recipe it is impossible to fail because the air fryer allows you to have greater control over temperatures and, consequently, over cooking.

To prepare the soft-hearted chocolate cake, however, get yourself some paper or silicone cups suitable. In this way, once they are taken out of the oven, they will not lose their beautiful shape but above all they will not risk breaking. Serve this spoon dessert at the end of a meal, accompanying it with a tuft of cream or a scoop of ice cream: you will feel what a delight. As for the recipe instead, we want to offer you both the classicwith dark chocolate, what a version more delicious with Nutella. Melt the one you prefer.

How to prepare the recipe of the soft heart pie in the air fryer

  1. First, melt the dark chocolate with the butter using the special saucepan for the bain-marie.
  2. Then transfer it to a bowl and add the sugar, stirring until it has dissolved, then the egg and finally the flour.
  3. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, transfer it into 4 well-buttered and floured muffin molds (if you use paper ones it is not necessary) and cook them in an air fryer at 170°C for 5 minutes. Serve them hot.

How to prepare the soft-hearted chocolate cake with Nutella

Equally delicious, the chocolate cakes with nutella are prepared in a very simple way, always using the air fryer for cooking. To prepare 6 desserts you will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
  • 4 spoons of nutella
  • powdered sugar to taste

Break the eggs into a bowl, add the flour, bitter cocoa, nutella and sugar and mix everything quickly with a fork or hand whisk. There is no need to whip the compound. Divide the mixture into 6 cups filling them 2/3 full and place them in the fryer basket. Cook them at 200°C for 7 minutes then take it out of the oven, let it cool and proceed with the removal of the cup.

As suggested, you can accompany them with della panna or of ice-cream or more simply decorate them with a sprinkling of icing sugar. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can still prepare the soft-hearted pie in the oven, it’s just as simple.


Given the presence of the soft heart, the chocolate cake in the air fryer it should be enjoyed freshly made.
