Step by step cooking recipe
Cut the hot and bell peppers in half, remove the seeds.
Pass tomatoes, zucchini, hot and bell peppers through a meat grinder.
Mix everything in a large saucepan, add spices, salt and oil.
Boil over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vinegar, stir and immediately remove from heat.
Arrange adjika in clean, dry jars and roll up.
