This recipe shows the proportions for a 3 liter jar. I close the spicy squash with a whole pepper pod. So the snack is not too hot. If you still decide to chop the pepper, add no more than two or three pieces.
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse red peppers and squash.
Peel the garlic and cut into large pieces.
At the bottom of the prepared jar, place garlic, spices and a whole hot pepper.
Put the patissons in a jar. Shake a few times to firm up the vegetables.
Fill to the top with boiling water, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour vinegar and hot marinade into a jar of squash. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it in a warm blanket.
