Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
Cut the hot pepper and remove the seeds.
Grind plums, hot peppers and peeled garlic in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with water, tomato sauce, ground coriander, salt and sugar. Cover and leave for 40-60 minutes.
Boil the sauce over low heat for 40 minutes.
