Spicy tomatoes are specially created to warm and invigorate the cold winter. This appetizer is a good addition to any type of meat and any side dishes. Tomatoes turn out really hot! I think spicy food lovers will appreciate it.
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the tomatoes, cut into slices. Peel and grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Cut the onion into thin half rings, chili peppers into rings, chop the garlic.
In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables, add salt, sugar, seasoning for Korean carrots, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Then put the vegetables in pre-sterilized jars, pour the marinade from the bowl to the top. Cover the jars with sterile lids and send them to be sterilized in a pot of boiling water (sterilization time for 0.5 l jars is 15 minutes from the moment the water boils in the pan).
After sterilization, seal the jars tightly and cool at room temperature. Store spicy tomatoes in a cool, dark place.
