- 100ml of Water
How to prepare strawberry tiramisu recipe
First of all make the bath blending 200 grams of strawberries taken from the total with the water and 50 g of sugar. You will need to obtain a rather fluid fruit juice to soak the ladyfingers. Alternatively, to speed up the recipe, you can replace it with ready-made fruit juice (the pineapple one is excellent) or with latte. The strawberries remaining, except for some for the final decoration, must be cut into cubes.
Work the cream mascarpone with 100 g of sugar and whip the cream with electric whisk, adding the remaining sugar little by little. If you decide to use already sweetened whipped cream then it will not be necessary to add this part of sugar. Combine cream and mascarpone to form the cream of your strawberry tiramisu.
So get yourself one baking dish of about 12×25 cm and spread a layer of cream on the bottom. Dip the ladyfingers in the strawberry juice and create a first layer. Cover with the cream, add the diced strawberries and form another layer of soaked ladyfingers. Your fruit tiramisu is almost ready: all that remains is to cover it with a final layer of cream, decorate with the strawberries kept aside and you’re done.
Making strawberry tiramisu without eggs is really simple. To make it even tastier you can replace the mascarpone with the custard to be “lightened” then with whipped cream. The result is a spoon dessert perfect for spring, ideal to serve at the end of a meal.
