. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks;
. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar;
. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, sour cream and starch.
In 3-4 doses, add whipped proteins, each time gently mixing with a spatula to keep airiness;
. Divide the curd mass into two parts, add cocoa to one of which, mix;
. In a baking sheet lined with parchment, alternately lay out the dark and light curd mass.
First, I spread about 2 tablespoons, then gradually decrease to get a beautiful and even pattern;
. Bake at 180°C, top-bottom mode, about 35-40 minutes;
. Cool the finished casserole completely and can be served.
