Thick five-minute cranberry jam

Cranberries are a useful berry. Unfortunately, my family does not favor her. I found a way out of the situation and I cook cranberries for my children according to this recipe. Cranberry jam is moderately sour, has a sweet taste and an ideal thick consistency and cooks quickly.

Step by step cooking recipe

Let’s start making jam with the preparation of berries. Wash them well and remove debris, particles of leaves, twigs, rotten berries.

Pass the berries through a large meat grinder, mix with sugar and send to medium heat.

Boil the jam for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.

After half an hour, pour the jam into jars and roll up. Store in a dark place and eat in winter as a delicious and easy dessert.
