Thick five-minute raspberry jelly without gelatin
Raspberry jelly is delicious! For pancakes, cheesecakes, pastries and just for tea. The recipe is simple, jelly is prepared without gelatin and literally within a few minutes, and in winter it gives wonderful memories of summer. I share my favorite recipe.
Step by step cooking recipe
Sort the raspberries, rinse under running water and dry slightly.
Using a meat grinder or blender, mash the berries into a puree. Then pass the puree through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.
Gradually add sugar, stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the cherry jelly into pre-sterilized jars, twist. For longer storage, I advise you to keep jars of raspberry jelly in the refrigerator. I get 4 jars of 500 ml.
