Tomato juice is a must-have for the winter. Of course, you can easily buy it in any store, but homemade is definitely tastier and healthier. Today I will share a simple recipe for tomato juice prepared with a meat grinder.
Step by step cooking recipe
Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, remove the middle and green parts, then pass through a meat grinder.
Put the bowl with the tomato mass on the fire, bring to a boil, removing the foam.
When the mass becomes homogeneous, add spices and boil over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. If the tomatoes were too watery, you may need to increase the boil time.
Pour hot tomato juice into sterile jars, seal tightly and cool.
