Rinse tomatoes, pat dry. Pass the fruits intended for juicing through a juicer, after removing the middle.
Pour the tomato juice into a bowl for cooking, add salt, both types of pepper and cloves, bring to a boil and boil over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, remembering to remove the foam.
Peel the garlic and chop coarsely. Rinse the tomatoes of the “Cream” variety, cut out the middle with a sharp knife. If the fruits are large, cut in half or into 4 parts.
Put the garlic in prepared sterile jars at the bottom. Fill jars up to the neck with tomatoes.
Pour boiling water over jars of tomatoes, cover with sterile lids and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then drain the water and pour the tomatoes in jars with boiling tomato juice. Roll up the jars, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the workpiece in the winter in a cool, dark place.
