Sweet and fragrant Uzbek nectarines go well in jam. It thickens well, and then perfectly complements desserts, pancakes, toast and pastries. This jam goes well with any fillings for pies or pies.

Step by step cooking recipe

Make syrup from water, sugar and vanillin.

Send the diced nectarines into it, bring to a boil again and remove from heat.

Let the jam cool down and bring back to a boil.
