In winter, there is a chance of catching a cold, immunity is not so strong. I do not trust medicines and try to enrich the body with natural substances and vitamins. So, in our family, delicious viburnum syrup has gained popularity.

Step by step cooking recipe

Wash the berries. Pass them through a meat grinder and grind through a sieve to remove unnecessary cake.

Add sugar and boil for about 20 minutes.

Pour into jars and send to a dark cool place to cool. In winter, you can add to tea to maintain immunity or eat one spoonful a day.
