Step by step cooking recipe

Scald the citruses with boiling water, remove the seeds from them and chop them with a blender with zest.

Grind watermelon pulp in the same way and mix with lemon and orange.

Add sugar, bring to a boil and boil the jam for 20 minutes.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
