Apple salad with nuts and cheese
Ingredients
- Cheese – 100 gr.
- Lemon – 1/2 pc.
- Apple – 2 pcs. (small)
- Walnuts – 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Yogurt – 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Celery – 1 stalk
- Olive oil -1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper and salt to taste
Step by step cooking recipe
- Cut apples into thin slices.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from the half, then pour over the apples.
- Mix yogurt with butter.
- Coarsely grate the cheese, cut the celery into thin circles.
- Place all ingredients in one bowl and mix.
- Pour in yogurt-butter sauce and mix again, leave for a while in the cold.
Mushroom kebab
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 0.5 kg.
- Garlic – 2-4 cloves (or dry garlic – 1 tsp)
- Seasoning with herbs – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper and salt to taste
Step by step cooking recipe
- Wash the mushrooms.
- Squeeze or very finely chop the garlic.
- Put the mushrooms in a bag, add the garlic and the rest of the ingredients.
- After tying the bag, shake everything up well, marinate for a couple of hours.
- Then fry on skewers.
Shawarma
The main thing is thin pita bread and at least some meat. Collect the rest in the garden.
Ingredients
- Lavash – 2 pcs.
- Smoked sausage – 100 gr.
- Cabbage – 100 gr.
- Cherry tomatoes – 5-6 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Cheese – 50 gr.
- Cream – 50 g.
- Mayonnaise – 50 gr.
Step by step cooking recipe
- Fry (a couple of minutes is enough) sausage, cutting it into thin strips.
- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream (you can take tomato sauce instead of sour cream), unroll pita bread and spread.
- Cut the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes into circles, chop the cabbage. Grate the cheese. Spread in layers: first sausage, then cucumbers, then tomatoes, cabbage.
- Sprinkle with cheese and wrap pita bread.
- Brown the shawarma on both sides in a frying pan.
Potato “gassel”
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 10 pcs.
- Garlic – 2 cloves (or a teaspoon of dried garlic)
- Cheese – 50 gr.
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Olive oil – 8 tbsp. l.
- Greens – 1-2 bunches
Step by step cooking recipe
- Wash the potatoes and rub with a sponge.
- Cut across, with small intervals between cuts.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic to the oil, mix well.
- Drizzle potatoes with oil to get into all the cuts.
- Wrap each tuber in foil and place on the coals.
- Cook until potatoes are soft.
- Chop greens and sprinkle over cooked potatoes.
