White plum compote for the winter
White plums are very sweet on their own. They make an excellent compote, which can be easily prepared for the winter and stored for a long time. From the indicated number of fruits, I get three liter or one three-liter jar of delicious compote.
Step by step cooking recipe
Boil water beforehand. Rinse the plums and lightly dry.
Put plums on the bottom of sterilized jars, pour boiling water over them. Leave for 15 minutes, covered with sterile lids.
After that, pour the liquid from the cans back into the pan, bring to a boil.
Pour sugar into jars with plums, pour boiling broth and immediately roll up. Turn the jars of white plum compote upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the workpiece in a cool, dark place.
