Winter doesn’t have to mean goodbye to healthy vegetables! Pickled vegetables are the perfect solution to preserve their nutrients and add a pop of color to your table. For example, here is a whole beetroot in jars. It is also very convenient, because it can be used in any way.
Step by step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the beets until tender.
Peel and put it in clean, dry jars.
Boil water with sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour the marinade over the beets and sterilize the jars for another 15 minutes.
Roll them up for the winter.
