Yeast pancakes with chicken and mushrooms super-satiating #Shrovetide 2023
Sift flour, mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, salt, sugar, yeast, mix.
Whisk the eggs.
Add water, vegetable oil to milk, mix, add egg mixture.
Pour the liquid mixture into the flour, mix until smooth.
Leave the resulting dough to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Mix the dough and leave for another 25-30 minutes.
For the filling, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, peel the onion and finely chop.
Fry champignons with onions in a preheated pan, salt to taste, add minced chicken, fry until tender, 3 minutes. add your favorite spices (I have Provence herbs).
The filling is ready.
Heat a pancake pan, fry pancakes in hot oil until cooked on both sides.
Fold the finished pancakes in a pile.
Put the filling on each pancake and roll up.
Serve warm. Delicious, hearty pancakes.
