Sugar –
1 kg -
Lemon acid –

Step by step cooking recipe
Sort the gooseberries, remove dry tails and rinse well.
Transfer the berries to a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.
Boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cool.
Put the pan back on the fire, add citric acid and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into clean, dry jars and roll up.
