Zucchini as barbecue for the winter – a simple and tasty recipe, how to cook step by step

What kind of recipes for canned zucchini you will not find on the net! Today I will share one of them, as for me, unusual and interesting: we will prepare zucchini that taste like barbecue. The recipe is simple, proven and fast. Try it for sure!
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices 0.5-1 cm thick.
Pour vegetable oil over zucchini and mix well.
Fry the zucchini in a dry frying pan on both sides until a beautiful golden brown. Transfer the zucchini to a marinating bowl.
Cut the onion into large half rings and add to the fried zucchini. Throw in the minced garlic as well.
Mix the vegetables well, add salt, sugar, ground pepper and seasoning for barbecue.
Add vinegar and mix well again.
Cover the bowl with the workpiece with a plate of a suitable size, put oppression on top and send it to the refrigerator for pickling for 5-6 hours, and preferably overnight.
Then tightly fill sterile jars with the workpiece and fill with the remaining juice to the top. Cover the jars with sterile lids and send to be sterilized in a pot of water for 15-20 minutes.
After sterilization, roll up the jars, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the workpiece in a cool, dark place.
